BOOKING CONDITIONS FOR NATALIA BEACH RESORT

All group or conference bookings are quoted based on written information (request for accommodation/conference). The quote is sent to the client by fax or e-mail and contains a request that the response be returned by fax or e-mail.

1. A quote is based on the written information supplied.
2. A booking is confirmed upon receipt of the signed quote, proving that the client approved the quote.
3. The appropriate deposit (based on about 33% of the total quote) must be deposited by the deadline stated in the quote.
4. The cancellation policy, stated according to the signed quote is applied at all times.
5. An administrative fee of R185 per conference booking, as well as, R55 or R10 per unit to a maximum of R185 is charged for all other group bookings.
6. Conference delegates enjoy meals at our restaurant and other groups (such as church groups) may choose to prepare meals at self-catering units or in a pre-booked kitchen or to enjoy meals at the restaurant.
7. Meal bookings and/or tea and refreshment bookings must be confirmed by completing the appropriate documents and submitting these three days before arrival. These confirmation documents must be submitted by fax to the conference co-ordinator.
8. Group bookings are not accepted for long weekends and school holiday seasons.
